Our Continuum of Support
We start at 16. We don't stop at 21.
Hope Harbor Works serves students ages 16–21 and young adults 21 and older. We walk with each person through career preparation until they are ready to transition into work — and we keep walking with them afterward, guiding them through supported employment and ongoing case management.

Ages 16–21
Enrollment & Career Discovery
Students join us at 16 and stay through 21. They rotate through the academies, build a portfolio, and grow the professional habits that transition planning is supposed to produce — alongside their IEP team and family.

Ages 21+
Adult Career Programs
Turning 21 doesn't end the relationship. Young adults continue with us in adult career programming — deepening a craft, taking on leadership, building independence, and working toward the level of readiness their goals require.

When they're ready
Transition Into Work
We don't push students out on a calendar date. When a student is genuinely ready, we walk them into employment — résumé, interviews, employer introductions, transportation, first day, first ninety days.

For as long as it's needed
Supported Employment & Case Management
After placement, we keep walking with them. Job coaching on site, check-ins with the employer, problem-solving when something changes, and ongoing case management so a student never has to start over alone.
